Here at The Bakery, we take bread very seriously.  We aren't a chain or a franchise.  We are bakers and chefs who want to earn your business.  Frankly, we think bread made in Chicago or Cincinnati are hardly local to Indianapolis.  Help other small businesses and get your bread local.

We won't send in a salesman who isn't a baker.  We send a chef who understands bread intimately.  The chef will walk with you through your needs and give you realistic expectations of the costs and time frame of when you can change your bread.  Please note that demand for our breads are very high, so sometimes it takes a little time to get started or create something unique for you but it's worth it in the end! 

Think your bread is exclusive to some out-of-town bakery?  Think you can tolerate slightly stale bread because it's from somewhere else with a big name?  Think again.  We will make any bread you need.  We will work with your kitchen to get exactly what you want and when you want it.  Your bread will always be fresh.
